Sustainability Task Force Structure

 

To fulfill corporate social responsibility, promote sustainable operations, and strengthen ESG governance, Martas Precision has established a “Sustainability Task Force.” The Chairman serves as Chief Sustainability Officer, leading strategy and goal-setting, while the Deputy Sustainability Officer (dedicated ESG executive) handles planning and cross-department coordination. Members consist of heads of R&D, Manufacturing, QA, Materials, HR, Finance, IT, and General Affairs, demonstrating strong commitment to sustainability.

Duties and Operation

Meeting Frequency: At least once every six months. Additional meetings for major issues.

Reporting: The Chief Sustainability Officer reports ESG progress to the board regularly.

Execution: Departments assign personnel to lead ESG projects and report KPIs.

Cross-department Collaboration: Actions include carbon inventory, energy saving, employee participation, AI adoption, ISO certification, stakeholder communication.

SDGs Alignment: All sustainability strategies align with UN SDGs, showcasing global governance capability.
