The chairman of Martas Precision has long been devoted to public service and educational promotion, serving as a key promoter of Taiwan's SMEs, industry-academia cooperation, and sustainable development. Specific achievements include:

• Served as president, chairman, or director in ten industrial and charitable associations, promoting industrial upgrading and SME internationalization;

• Served nine semesters as adjunct associate professor and as a consultant at National Ilan University EMBA, cultivating practice-oriented management talent; participated as a reviewer in 29 government projects and awards, promoting policy and industrial advancement;

• Hosted and gave over 100 philanthropic lectures, sharing experience, inspiring youth, and spreading entrepreneurial spirit;

• Cooperated with Lunghwa University of Science and Technology for over ten years, advancing the “Industry-Academia Dual-Track Flagship Program,” linking talent cultivation and practical employment;

• Welcomed more than a hundred visits and exchanges from domestic and international schools, enterprises, and institutions, promoting knowledge sharing and international connections;

• Served as a stakeholder representative in the Taiwan-US Trade 21st Century Initiative, voicing for SMEs and strengthening policy participation.
