1. Respect for Human Rights, Building a Workplace for All

Martas Precision is committed to respecting the fundamental human rights of every employee, following the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, ILO Conventions, the UN Global Compact, and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. We also comply with the Labor Standards Act, the Act of Gender Equality in Employment, and other national laws to create a fair, safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace environment.

2. Employment and Diversity & Inclusion

We uphold the principle of “the right talent in the right position” and welcome people of different backgrounds, cultures, genders, and ages. We eliminate all forms of discrimination and bias in recruitment and promotion. Martas Precision supports and protects employees’ freedom of association and freedom of speech, and rejects forced labor, child labor, and any conduct violating human rights. In 2024, Martas Precision’s employees cover three nationalities, reflecting our active steps toward internationalization.

3. Gender Equality and Equal Opportunities

We believe gender should never be a barrier to development. In 2024, female employees made up 42% of our workforce, and 35% of managers are women, demonstrating our commitment to gender equality. Job assignments are based on expertise and performance, ensuring fair development and promotion opportunities for all.

4. Compensation, Benefits, and Job Security

The company provides salary levels above the minimum wage, and adjusts them reasonably according to rank and performance. In 2023, the average male-to-female salary ratio was 1:0.97, indicating no unfair gender differences in our compensation system.

5. Equality and Support for People with Disabilities

Martas Precision fully meets the legally required number of employees with disabilities, and provides barrier-free facilities and a friendly work environment tailored to their needs, realizing the concept of a “workplace without barriers.”

6. Prevention of Workplace Harassment and Discrimination

The company has established “Measures for Prevention and Handling of Sexual Harassment Complaints and Disciplinary Actions” and regularly holds training to raise awareness of gender and workplace ethics. Employees who encounter any harassment, bullying, or discrimination can report anonymously, and the company will handle the case in accordance with the law and protect the complainant’s rights.

At Martas, work is not just for living—it’s a journey to realize your own value.
